• Original shipping fees (if any)
• Return shipping costs (customer's responsibility)
• Orders made more than 365 days before the refund request

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at support@getspartamax.com with your order number and the reason for the refund (the reason helps us improve — but is not required)
2. Receive return instructions within 24 business hours, including the return shipping address
3. Ship your bottles (opened or unopened) using a trackable shipping method
4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of our receiving the return

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 3–10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
